Overthinking – Workshop Series

Workshop Series for managing overthinking and worrying. We discuss and practice evidence based methods for reducing overthinking, explore apps that can support the process, and explore mental disorders that are associated. This is not psychotherapy, it is ment as support for people who would like to improve on a bad habit or are interested in the topic.

An introduction to scientific thinking, study design, and psychological research techniques.

A course on how people interact with systems, tools, and environments, with applications in design, safety, and usability.
